About RepReady
RepReady is a strength training planner for iPhone and iPad. It generates workouts that match your current gym's equipment, adapts weights based on your recent sessions, and respects how recovered you are. There is no account, no subscription, and no servers — the app runs entirely on your device.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get started?
Open RepReady. The onboarding flow asks for your training goal, experience level, and preferred session length, then helps you set up your first gym. After that, the Today tab shows the next planned session.
Why does the plan change between sessions?
RepReady picks exercises based on the equipment available at your current gym, your recent training volume, and the methodology you chose in Settings. If you switch gyms or change methodology, the plan adapts automatically.
How does cross-device sync work?
RepReady uses Apple's private CloudKit container, scoped to your iCloud account. As long as you are signed into the same Apple ID on both devices and iCloud is enabled for RepReady, your gyms, workouts, and history sync automatically. Zen Mind Studio does not host or access this data.
Sync isn't working — what should I check?
- Confirm both devices are signed into the same Apple ID.
- Open Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud and make sure RepReady is enabled on every device.
- Make sure both devices have a working internet connection.
- Background sync can take a few minutes. If a record still hasn't appeared after that, force-quit RepReady and reopen it.
How do I delete my data?
All RepReady data is stored on your device. To delete it:
- On the device: uninstall RepReady. iOS removes the app's local store along with the app.
- From iCloud: open Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → RepReady, then remove the data. This deletes the synced copy from every device signed into the same Apple ID.
I switched gyms. Will my plan still make sense?
Yes. Use the gym picker on the Today screen to set your active gym. RepReady will rebuild upcoming sessions to use only the equipment available at the new location.
Can I skip an exercise or swap it out?
Yes. From the Today screen, tap an exercise to see swap options. RepReady offers alternatives that target the same muscle group and fit your current equipment.
Does RepReady use any third-party services?
No. RepReady does not bundle analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs. The only network traffic is iCloud sync, handled by the operating system.
Is RepReady free?
Pricing for the current release is shown on the App Store listing. RepReady has no in-app purchases or subscriptions tied to features.
Reporting a bug
Please include the following so we can reproduce the problem:
- Device model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- RepReady version (Settings tab inside the app, "Version" row).
- What you were doing when the issue happened.
- What you expected versus what actually happened.
